About the role.

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive team performance, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions. You will act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

What you will do.

  • Facilitate all Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, address, and remove impediments to ensure team progress and productivity.
  • Track sprint commitments, delivery metrics, and KPIs to ensure high-quality outcomes within timelines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders and management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and process optimization.
  • Coordinate across business, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Scrum practices, Agile principles, and organizational delivery standards.

What you bring.

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in managing Scrum teams.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ALM.
  • Foundational skills in software development, debugging, and basic issue resolution.
  • Experience with SQL or other querying tools for troubleshooting and data validation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional, diverse teams.
  • SAFe or Kanban certifications are considered a significant advantage.
