About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce professional to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions. You will work at the intersection of CRM and artificial intelligence, building intelligent agents that automate processes and enhance user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce AI capabilities within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Build and customize AI Agents, Agent Actions, Topics, Instructions, and Flows.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM and external enterprise systems.
- Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to support AI use cases.
- Configure Data Cloud to provide relevant and trusted data to AI agents.
- Utilize Prompt Builder and other Salesforce AI capabilities to create effective prompts.
- Implement robust Salesforce security, sharing, permissions, and data access controls.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Agentforce implementations for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, including building AI Agents and Agent Actions.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and Prompt Builder.
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration patterns.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce security models and data access controls.
- Ability to follow development best practices, including version control and testing standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
