About the role.
We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will design, build, and deploy scalable AI applications, bridging the gap between complex backend microservices and intuitive frontend interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions within a fast-paced, professional environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend APIs and microservices using Python frameworks like FastAPI and Django.
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces for AI-driven applications using React and TypeScript.
- Architect and deploy robust solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Optimize SQL database performance and manage Redis caching for high-throughput AI workflows.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring to ensure production-ready deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical trade-offs and project outcomes effectively to diverse stakeholders.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) and frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Angular).
- Hands-on experience with the Agentic AI ecosystem, RAG, LLM orchestration, and model fine-tuning.
- Solid understanding of microservices design, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with data tools and platforms including SQL, Redis, Databricks, Cube.js, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong testing background using Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
- Excellent analytical, architectural, and communication skills.
