About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join an established project team focused on a critical Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiative. You will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements and designing solutions for the migration of legacy applications to a modern platform. This hybrid role requires a proactive professional capable of integrating quickly into a high-performing team to maintain project momentum.
What you will do.
- Document current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
- Identify and bridge gaps between existing processes and Saviynt platform capabilities.
- Collect and document comprehensive functional and technical requirements for various applications.
- Coordinate effectively with platform owners, application stakeholders, IT teams, and business users.
- Ensure seamless alignment between evolving business needs and technical implementation.
- Validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet all defined business requirements.
What you bring.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong proficiency in user story writing and technical requirement documentation.
- Ability to analyze, decompose, and articulate complex IT and business processes.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies for requirements capture.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Identity & Access Governance, specifically Saviynt.
- Proficiency in SQL query writing and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
