About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will lead business process redesign, manage multi-cloud implementations, and mentor technical teams to deliver high-value outcomes for our clients.
What you will do.
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
- Lead the migration of functionality and data from third-party applications into Salesforce.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and developers to design cohesive project strategies.
- Conduct research into client Salesforce usage to provide actionable roadmaps and recommendations.
- Validate solution components and lead customer walkthroughs to ensure project success.
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers to foster technical growth and team excellence.
What you bring.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a proven track record as a Solution Architect.
- Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven experience leading 2-3 large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins, along with Git and VS Code.
- Strong data modeling capabilities including the creation of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to apply design thinking.
