About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and business process development to ensure the successful implementation of high-value Salesforce solutions for clients.
What you will do.
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions.
- Identify business processes that can be improved by implementing Salesforce.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration.
- Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
- Lead migration of functionality and data from third-party applications into Salesforce.
- Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Maintain current knowledge of leading-edge industry and technology drivers and innovations, including the Salesforce product set.
- Mentor a team of mid-level and junior developers.
What you bring.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong understanding of Salesforce's platform.
- Must have experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Must have experience integrating Salesforce with other third-party applications using middleware (MuleSoft) and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Must have led solutioning for at least 2-3 large implementations individually or in a lead capacity.
- Experience in CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Git, VS Code, and Oracle integrations.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
