About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Peoplesoft Developer to join our client's team in Mumbai. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing database structures while providing technical support for enterprise-level applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and performance, leveraging your expertise in ERP and HCM systems to deliver robust software solutions.
What you will do.
- Design and implement scalable database structures to support enterprise applications.
- Write and optimize complex queries to facilitate efficient data extraction and manipulation.
- Perform database tuning and system optimization to ensure high performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the database and application environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain database integrity and security.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for system-related queries.
- Stay current with emerging Oracle database trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize Design Thinking principles to enhance user experience and system functionality.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience with Peoplesoft, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and Oracle-based ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Database Management and complex query development.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Automated Testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Ariba, Coupa, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and Oracle BPM Studio.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate executive presence.
