About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Lead to join a dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions between Salesforce and various enterprise systems. You will ensure seamless data flow and process automation, guiding technical teams to successfully deliver complex integration projects.
What you will do.
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce integration solutions using various middleware and API technologies
- Develop and implement integration components, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and external APIs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Oversee the testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of integration solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and architectural guidelines
What you bring.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration
- Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
- Hands-on experience with integration middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud)
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
- Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and governor limits within Salesforce
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
