About the role.

This role is for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with a strong focus on Java microservices. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions built on cloud-native architectures. The position requires a blend of advanced AI engineering and modern backend practices to deliver production-ready, resilient, and secure AI systems, with opportunities to contribute across the full application stack.

What you will do.

  • Design and build agentic AI systems integrated with enterprise Java microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Develop and deploy AI agents utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock Agents, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering techniques, and robust evaluation frameworks.
  • Build secure, scalable APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
  • Implement OAuth 2.0, JWT-based authentication, and secure service-to-service identity.
  • Architect Kubernetes-native applications adhering to 12-Factor principles and enable observability with OpenTelemetry.
  • Design centralized configuration and secrets management solutions.
  • Implement GitOps-based deployment strategies using tools like ArgoCD and build resilient systems with circuit breakers.
  • Implement API security and authorization using RBAC and ABAC models, and work with service mesh technologies like Istio.
  • Develop event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

What you bring.

  • 5–8 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices development.
  • Strong experience in building cloud-native applications on Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with OAuth2, JWT, and secure API development.
  • Deep knowledge of distributed systems and resilience patterns.
  • Strong experience with observability tools including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Strong experience with Kafka-based event-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms.
  • Proficiency in GraphQL API design and development.
  • Understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and the agentic AI landscape.
  • Experience with ReactJS for integrated application layers and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
