About the role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager to join a specialized Risk Consulting team focused on the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. This role involves driving project management excellence, conducting rigorous audits, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in providing strategic oversight and governance for large-scale projects.

What you will do.

  • Conduct comprehensive project audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures to streamline project execution and improve process efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced digital tools for risk assessment, project tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strengthen project governance, reporting frameworks, and execution oversight as part of PMO support.
  • Track project performance metrics and recommend strategic interventions to improve cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare high-level reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate within high-performance teams to deliver exceptional client value.

What you bring.

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in project management or risk consulting.
  • Deep domain expertise in the project lifecycle within Real Estate, Road, Water, or Solar sectors.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Primavera or Microsoft Project for baseline development.
  • Strong functional knowledge of planning, budgeting, procurement, contracting, execution, and billing.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience working within a Big 4 consulting environment is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and undertake extended stays at client locations as required.
