About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead large-scale, high-stakes infrastructure programs based in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for establishing robust governance frameworks, managing executive-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex project portfolios. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic mindset to navigate contractual, safety, and quality challenges.
What you will do.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive program governance, decision gates, and reporting protocols.
- Chair executive-level reviews covering progress, risk management, and commissioning readiness.
- Direct the resolution of cross-package issues impacting project timelines, safety, and quality standards.
- Endorse and implement recovery strategies and strategic change recommendations at the program level.
- Ensure project management consultancy services adhere to the agreed RASCI framework.
- Represent the consultancy in high-level engagements with clients, utility providers, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict oversight to ensure contractor and OEM execution accountability remains intact.
What you bring.
- 20–25 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure or engineering program management.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs in a consultancy environment.
- Expertise in establishing governance frameworks and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of contractual exposure, risk management, and project closeout procedures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive resolution on critical project issues.
- Ability to work from the office in Ahmedabad full-time.
- Relevant professional certifications in project or program management are highly desirable.
