About the role.
This role involves contributing to the critical function of regulatory reporting within a dynamic operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of various regulatory reports. What you will do.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for all reporting requirements
- Reconcile data from various sources to support regulatory submissions
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on reporting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for reports
- Assist in the documentation of reporting procedures and controls
- Participate in ad-hoc projects related to regulatory reporting enhancements
What you bring.
- 1-4 years of experience in operations, preferably within regulatory reporting or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial products and banking operations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
