About the role.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead a Liquidity Risk Reporting team. This role is responsible for overseeing the review of QRM data, managing liquidity risk measures, and ensuring the delivery of accurate, decision-ready analysis for global stakeholders. You will drive process improvements, manage team performance, and ensure robust reporting controls are maintained.

What you will do.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Liquidity Risk Reporting team, overseeing work allocation, coaching, and professional development.
  • Oversee the review of QRM data, liquidity risk metrics, FTP, and IRRBB measures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into material variances and reporting exceptions, ensuring clear documentation and evidence.
  • Establish and maintain effective reporting controls, escalation protocols, and business continuity arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders regarding delivery status, operational risks, and reporting quality.
  • Drive process automation and efficiency initiatives to optimize reporting workflows and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Finance, and Technology to resolve data quality and system-related issues.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on delivery readiness, key risks, and mitigation strategies.

What you bring.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or Risk Management.
  • 12–15 years of relevant experience in liquidity risk reporting, treasury risk, or Asset Liability Management.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing complex, time-sensitive financial reporting deliverables.
  • Strong technical proficiency in QRM outputs, variance analysis, root-cause investigation, and data validation.
  • Deep understanding of liquidity measures, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global stakeholder relationships and communicate complex risk insights effectively.
  • Experience in process transition, stabilization, and scaling of global risk-reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive corrective actions.
