About the role.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Solution Lead to design, develop and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions that improve how customers and employees experience technology. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, lead technical teams and engage directly with clients to drive solution quality and business value. This role is based in Pune and follows a Work From Office model.
What you will do.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce platforms
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical architectures
- Design and implement integrations with CRM, enterprise systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, Connected Apps and middleware
- Develop and optimise Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework components while adhering to best practices and governor limits
- Lead code reviews, mentor Salesforce developers and ensure quality and code coverage standards are met
- Drive SIT/UAT activities and support go-live and hypercare phases
- Facilitate agile sprint cycles, including user story development and backlog management
- Engage clients to scope requirements, propose solutions and contribute to pre-sales activities
What you bring.
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution delivery experience
- 3+ years in a lead or senior technical role with proven leadership of complex Salesforce projects
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Framework, SOQL and SOSL
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Connected Apps and Named Credentials
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder and Data Loader
- Experience with SFDX, ANT, Git, GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Experience Cloud implementations
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder or Application Architect are preferred
