About the role.
This role focuses on the development and execution of advanced statistical and risk models to support strategic decision-making. You will work within a dynamic team to refine analytical approaches, ensuring that risk management frameworks are both accurate and aligned with operational goals.
What you will do.
- Execute advanced statistical and risk modeling tasks to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain predictive models and conduct comprehensive scenario analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to improve overall financial and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize analytical methodologies.
- Ensure the highest standards of accuracy and consistency in all model documentation.
- Monitor and report on risk metrics to support informed management decisions.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics; Master’s degree in Data Science preferred.
- Proven expertise in Audit Risk Assessments and Credit Risk Analytics.
- Strong background in Operational Risk Assessment and general Risk Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Risk Analytics techniques.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or relevant Microsoft Azure/Fabric certifications are highly desirable.
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment in Gurugram.
