About the role.
The SysML v2 Developer will build and maintain system models, automate engineering workflows, and implement model validation to support model-based systems engineering practices. The role integrates SysML v2 models with existing engineering tools and systems, reducing manual effort and improving the quality of deliverables. You will work closely with systems engineering teams while independently handling modeling, scripting, API integration, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain system models using SysML v2
- Create system designs, requirements, and interfaces
- Develop scripts to automate modeling and validation tasks
- Work with SysML v2 IDEs and tools such as Syside or Visual Studio Code, and use Visual Studio for supporting application development where required
- Test models, fix issues, and integrate them with other engineering tools using APIs
- Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation
What you bring.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in systems modeling or software development
- Strong hands-on experience with SysML v2
- Solid understanding of systems modeling and model validation
- Proficiency in scripting for automation of modeling and validation tasks
- Experience with API integration and engineering tools integration
- Familiarity with Syside, Visual Studio Code, and Visual Studio
- Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills
- Engineering exposure is a value addition
