About the role.
This role involves leading end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise performance management solutions. You will work closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy robust financial systems that streamline complex business processes. The position requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong stakeholder management to ensure high-quality project delivery.
What you will do.
- Design, configure, and deploy robust EPM solutions tailored to complex business requirements.
- Lead technical workstreams including application development, metadata management, and performance tuning.
- Manage client relationships and facilitate comprehensive requirement gathering sessions.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing and ensure successful final project delivery.
- Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to streamline financial processes.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
What you bring.
- 4–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM modules including FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS, or PCMCS.
- Proficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, and Data Management.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream, Tagetik, or Anaplan platforms.
- Strong technical skills in MDX queries, UX development, and data transformation.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles with independent deliverable ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with legacy systems such as HFM or Hyperion Planning is a plus.
