About the role.
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing high-quality software solutions that drive our digital banking capabilities. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant applications. This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on development to ensure our digital offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers.
What you will do.
- Design and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages and frameworks.
- Ensure all code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for high performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and devise effective solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code reliability and design integrity.
- Lead and supervise team members, providing guidance and supporting their professional development.
- Manage risk and strengthen controls within your area of responsibility to ensure compliance with regulations.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 4–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in Angular (12+) and strong UX knowledge.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts.
- Experience with AF Grid and Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma.
- Familiarity with session and state management, specifically Redux.
